Shipping Information

Most items are shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed. We use USPS First Class Mail as our standard shipping method. If you require overnight or specialty shipping please contact us.

International orders will require special shipping fees which may not be calculated during checkout. You will be notified if there are any additional shipping fees required for your order prior to shipping. Insuring the merchandise is preferred. We will not be responsible or issue a refund for merchandise lost or damaged in transit.

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. Insuring the merchandise is preferred. We will not be responsible or issue a refund for merchandise lost or damaged in transit. Shipping and handing charges for returning merchandise is the customers responsibility. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.

Any product(s) returned must receive RMA# prior to return. To receive a RMA# you must send an email explaining the reason for the return along with your order # and item description. Any returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
